Return & Refund Policy
Returns
At Elite Grocery Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Perishable goods (such as fresh produce, dairy, or frozen items) cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.

The return request must be initiated by contacting us at elitegrocerystore@gmail.com with your order details.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

If the item is damaged or does not meet return conditions, a partial refund or store credit may be issued.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping charges must be covered by the customer (unless the return is due to an error on our part).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. Once the order has been processed, cancellations will not be possible.
